David Viola from our Beaches Location is the winner of our May 16 Week Challenge.

He lost 19 pounds and 10.5 inches during the challenge and gained strength, energy and $500 towards continuing on his journey to better health.

How did he do it? Well, after taking the first step to joining our awesome family, he committed fully to all the workouts and better nutrition.  This was not a quick fix, it was a lifestyle shift.

But that’s not all….David is the kind of guy that made it known that he was on this journey, so others would support him and he, in turn, could inspire others to improve their lives. He is not the kind of guy that keeps a good thing to himself, and that’s one of the things we love about him!

Here’s what he had to say about his journey with us so far:

What made you join Best Body Bootcamp?

I needed a shake up from my regular routine. something with more structure and a little more motivating.

What do you love most about working with Best Body Bootcamp?

The drive the trainers have. They honestly do care about whether you succeed or not. They push you and help with alternative exercises to make sure you get the most out of each workout.

What would you say was the biggest change you had to make to reach your goals and was it worth it?

The diet.. come on.. who doesn’t love food? I was getting tired of it controlling my success, with regards to being more healthy. I needed a push from a nonobjective person and this bootcamp kicked my ass!

What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining our program?

This would be the best investment in your health you can make.  If you work hard and be honest and give it all you got, there is no reason why this won’t work. My co-boot-campers are amazing and I always look forward to the classes. It’s a good family to belong to. I always feel great afterward and the health benefits are priceless.
