About the Bootcamps

Our Morning sessions run either on Monday, Wednesday & Friday or Tuesday & Thursday unless otherwise noted. Our Evening sessions run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. (the schedule is location specific, so please check your location for exact schedule.)

Bootcamp sessions run 6AM, 6:50AM, 9AM, 6:30PM and 7:15PM.

Semi Private Training sessions run 6:30AM, 7:15AM, 8:00AM, 10AM, 10:45AM, 11:30AM, 12:15PM, 1PM, 5,PM, 5:45PM, 6:30pm and 7:15pm

Times will vary depending on locations so make sure to check the location closest to you for the timeslots that are running.

Each class runs 45 mins.

Prices vary based on the package and the type of training you decide on.

No. We encourage Men & Women of all fitness levels to join Best Body Bootcamp. We have beginners working out alongside more experienced members and we customize your exercise program to ensure each and every workout is challenging and safe. The instructors are trained to show variations of the exercises to make sure that you are always pushing yourself, but within your own level of fitness.

We are a co-ed Bootcamp and welcome men and women equally!  While the majority of our members are women, we also have a lot of male members who have had and continue to have amazing results!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Prices vary based on the package and the type of training you decide on.

Bootcamp packages start at $35/week for 2x a week and $45/week for 3x a week.

Semi Private Training packages start at $50/week for 2x a week and $69/week for 3x a week

We offer all new members the option to participate in a 6 Week transformation Challenge at a discounted price at either 2payments of $97 or 3 payments of $97 depending on the type of training and the number of days per week. We also have a Referral Program.

If you wish to join for any number of sessions less than package minimum, the package price will no longer apply. Each session will be charged at a per-class rate of $25 (+tx) Per-session options are subject to availability. (Members signing up for regular packages will be given priority) and must be arranged via head office.

You can book online using Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit or Interac Online.  Please note that if using Interac Online for initial payment, Direct Debit from your account will need to be set up for future payments of package

As a safety precaution, none of our coaches carry money, nor are they permitted as per our location permits to accept payments on site. All payments must be completed online in advance.

If you have been lucky enough to receive one of our Gift Cards or another promotional code, simply enter the 10-digit number or word code into the promocode box when booking. Each Gift Card/Promocode is good for a single use only, and cannot be used in combination with any other promocodes or offers. Offers may be subject to specific expiry dates, and may change at any time. Unless otherwise noted, Gift Cards/Promocodes have no monetary value

OUR COACHES

Our Coaches are all certified as personal trainers, many with kinesiology degrees and extensive backgrounds in sports, nutrition and rehabilitation. They are also trained in CPR and First Aid.

Contrary to the term “Bootcamp”, this is not a military style fitness program! Our coaches never ridicule! That said, you will certainly be pushed and motivated, but only to the extent of your own physical abilities and limitations!

We have people from all walks of life who participate in our Bootcamps and Semi Private Training! From the beginners who have never worked out before, to the advanced exercisers looking for variety and a new level of challenge and excitement in their workouts.

We are a co-ed Bootcamp and welcome men and women equally!  While the majority of our members are women, we also have a lot of male members who have had and continue to have amazing results!

Our minimum age for participation is 18 yrs, but we leave our maximum up to you!

GIMME ALL THE DETAILS!

For our Bootcamps you will need to bring a medium strength resistance band (that the rubber tubing with handles on the ends that looks a bit like a skipping rope!) and a yoga mat, both of which you can purchase directly from us.

For our Semi Private Training, no equipment is needed.

You will also need to wear comfortable, breathable workout gear and appropriate running shoes. We strongly recommend that you bring a water bottle and a small towel as well. (For Semi Private Training, we have towel service)

The initial orientation is where we take our measurements, weight, body fat and before pictures.  It is also where we walk you through all of the nutrition information with you and answer any questions you have about either the training or nutrition.

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you achieve your Best Body.

Results vary depending on your effort level, attendance and eating habits. Performance and endurance improvement can take place in as little as one week. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks. Remember, everyone is different.

If you come to all the sessions, and follow the nutrition plan we guarantee you will lose 10lbs in our first 6 weeks!

* Every day is different. So you never know what to expect so you never get bored of the same routine. Major muscle groups are divided up: one day of the week the main focus is legs, and on the other two days we divide up upper body muscles. Each day incorporates a cardiovascular component to get your heart rate up, as well as a focus on the core and abdominals. * Our workouts Think Outside the Gym of your typical and sometimes tedious routine. Each day is challenging in a different way.  What you can expect is an amazing workout, tons of motivation and support, and lots of fun each and every session

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE WEATHER

The decision to cancel class will not happen until at least a half hour prior to the start of class, due to the unpredictability of the weather. You will be contacted by your instructor via email or phone with any changes or cancellations on the date of the session. Any cancellations will also be posted on our facebook page and group.

Our Semi Private Training happens indoors all year round so there are no excuses.

Our Bootcamps run indoors between Oct – April and are outdoors between May – Oct.

Bootcamp sessions are rain or shine! hot or cold! So during our outdoor season, please dress appropriately for the weather (waterproof outerwear, layers for warmth/cool, hat, gloves, etc…).

The only time we reschedule sessions due to rain is if there is a risk of lightning.

If the rain is extremely heavy, in conjunction with lightning which may threaten bodily harm, your coaches will make the call to cancel class one half hour prior to the start time. Your coach will then set up an alternate make up class. This make-up class will most likely be held on the adjacent Tuesday or Thursday of that week. If you are not contacted by your coach stating otherwise, consider your class a go!

GENERAL POLICIES

If you are unable to attend, we can offer you a refund provided we receive notice PRIOR to your session start date. Cutoff time for refund is 7 days prior to your session start date. PLEASE NOTE: You will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. It may take up to 5 business days to process a refund. If we are notified after this point there will be NO refunds issued. This is due to the fact that you had reserved a spot in the class that we can no longer fill once the session has started.

If at any time you need to cancel your 24 or 48 Week Membership, you will simply be charged back the difference in cost as if you had registered month to month + a $100 administration fee

Bootcamp – a difference of $10-15+tx per week + a $100 administration fee

Semi Private Training – a difference of $10-20+tx per week+ a $100 administration fee

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel a membership, it must be done 7 days prior to the start of the next billing.

Packages must be completed consecutively, but can be put on hold for one week for every 12 weeks to accommodate holidays, injuries, etc… This must be arranged with BBBC head office. Payments however will not be placed on hold, and will be withdrawn as scheduled*

Every 12 Weeks = 1 week hold

24 week Package = 2 weeks hold

48 week Package = 4 weeks hold

You can switch to the 48 Week Package at any time by contacting the office to make arrangements, however the session fees cannot be adjusted retroactively.

* If for any reason a change needs to be made to your order a $50 admin fee will apply. * You cannot transfer a session forward once the session has begun. 7 day notice prior to the start date is required.

Sessions missed during a session cannot be carried over or refunded. You can, however, pick up a session in an alternate timeslot. (ie: if you’re going to miss a morning session, you can slip into an evening session, and vice versa) This needs to be arranged with the office or with the trainer at that location. There are NO CREDITS for missed sessions.

CHANGES TO SCHEDULE

On rare occasions, due to circumstance beyond our control, we may have to change the location of your session with very little notice (garbage strike, structural damage, permit conflicts, etc…) We will do everything in our power to find an alternate location in close proximity to the original location and notification will be made via email and phone notifications. We will not issue any refunds based on location changes within 5km.

In the event that one of your regularly scheduled sessions falls on a statutory holiday, the session will not be held on that date. An alternate make up date will be arranged, of which you will be notified of via email. The general rule is that it will happen on the day adjacent to the holiday.

Yes, we require a certain number of participants to run a bootcamp session. On the rare occasion that the minimum requirement is not met, we may have to cancel that session. Should this occur, every effort will be made to accommodate the registrants in another timeslot or location. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be made, a refund will be promptly issued.
