Our April – 6 Week Challenge Winner!

We’re really excited to introduce our April – 6 Week Challenge Winner – Ada Katirai!


Ada is one determined mama! She knew that it was time to take control of her health post baby and even shocked herself with her amazing accomplishments.


Before she was chosen as the winner, she sent us this awesome message:


“I just did my final measurements of the 6 week challenge and I was so overwhelmed (tears in my eyes) and filled with gratitude that I thought I’d send you a message to say thank you! I have lost 11.1 lb and 23.3 inches and I am so so grateful to you. You have an amazing business and exceptional work ethic and dedication to your members.

Here’s a little more on Ada’s journey towards her win:


1) What made you join Best Body Bootcamp?



I saw an ad on Facebook and I was very unhappy with my weight and level of activity at the time so I decided to check out the ad. The location and the time (north York, 6am) was extremely convenient for me and the price was reasonable. After some pushing from my husband I decided to join.



2) What do you love most about working with Best Body Bootcamp?



The enthusiasm, dedication and support you offer to your members. And most of all the fact that you offer the complete package (exercise and nutrition) to your members. 



3) What would you say was the biggest change you had to make to reach your goals and was it worth it?



Have the discipline to take care of myself by preparing and eating all my meals and being creative (ingredient wise) with the dishes. Worth it beyond belief- I’ve never consumed so much food before in my life, while losing weight at such a rate and not feeling uncomfortable and hungry.



4) What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining our program?



Just DO it! BBB has done all the thinking for you so you just have to join and follow because they lead by example. You probably have never and most likely will never feel more motivated and supported in your journey to a better lifestyle. BBB is not only about losing some weight but it’s about forming healthy eating, exercising and thinking habits that will benefit you for life.
