Who wants chocolate pudding?!  I do!

This recipe is loaded with awesome ingredients!

Chia seeds are high in fiber, so they are great for digestion.  They are also a great source of calcium, manganese, protein and plant-based omega-3 fatty acids.

Coconut Milk is a great source of healthy saturated fats, which is necessary for hormone balance.

Raw Cacao powder is loaded with antioxidants, and a great source of magnesium, potassium and iron.

Dates are a great source of energy and fiber, and are also a great source of vitamins and minerals.

Raw honey is a delicious source of antioxidants, as well as antifungal and antibacterial properties.

Plant-based Sunwarrior protein is a great way to increase protein intake without the gut rot. It is both fermented and sprouted, so it is very gut healthy and digestible.

Great Lakes Gelatin is a good source of protein, but more importantly, is loaded with anti- inflammatory properties that helps in digestion and the assimilation of other proteins.

This Chia Seed Pudding contains Proteins, Fats and Carbs, so it makes it a great snack to keep blood sugar in check and cravings at bay.




Makes 6 Servings

  • 2/3 cup (63 g) chia seeds
  • 1 can Native Forest Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 5-6 Dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 scoops of Natural Flavor Sunwarrior Rice Protein
  • 2 tbsp of Great Lakes Gelatin

Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend together until well combined and smooth.

Place in mason jars or glass containers of your choice.

Place in the fridge overnight until set (or at least 3 hours).  Eat!

They keep for about a week in the fridge.
