Protein Rich Probiotic Veggie Dip

Looking for a new snack recipe that is rich in protein and quick to make? Our Probiotic Veggie Dip is one to try!

  • 1 cup of coconut yogurt (or regular organic full-fat yogurt if you are ok on dairy)
  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, minced
  • Splash of lime juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin

Mix all ingredients (except for Great Lakes) together in a medium bowl. Stir in Great Lakes.

Serve with your favourite veggies, such as cucumber, celery, carrots, radishes.
