About our Bootcamps

We offer bootcamp classes, small group training as well as one-on-one personal training.

Class times are as follows:

Monday: 6am, 7am, 7:50am, 12:15pm, 5pm, 5:50pm, 6:40pm, 7:40pm

Tuesday: 7am, and 5:50pm

Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 7:50am, 12:15pm, 5pm, 5:50pm, 6:40pm, 7:40pm

Thursday: 6am, 5pm, 5:50pm, 6:40pm, 7:40pm

Friday: 6am, 7am, 7:50am, 12:15pm, 5:50pm

Saturday: 10am

Each class runs for 45 mins.

No. We encourage Men & Women of all fitness levels to join Best Body Bootcamp. We have beginners working out alongside more experienced members and we can customize exercises to ensure each and every workout is challenging and safe. The instructors are trained to show variations of the exercises to make sure that you are always pushing yourself, but within your own level of fitness.

We are a co-ed Bootcamp and welcome men and women equally!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Prices vary based on the package and the type of training you decide on.

Bootcamp Prices:

28 Day Challenge (Workouts, Nutrition, Accountability, Support) – $297

6 Month Membership – $65/ week

12 Month Membership: $60/ week

Month to Month Membership: $75/ week

Personal Training – $100/hour

During the 28 Day Challenge, you can attend a maximum of 4 classes.

As a member, you can attend unlimited classes.

OUR COACHES

Our Coaches are all certified as personal trainers, many with kinesiology degrees and extensive backgrounds in sports, nutrition and rehabilitation. They are also trained in CPR and First Aid.

Contrary to the term “Bootcamp”, this is not a military style fitness program! Our coaches never ridicule! That said, you will certainly be pushed and motivated, but only to the extent of your own physical abilities and limitations!

We have beginners working out alongside more experienced members and we customize your exercise program to ensure each and every workout is challenging and safe. The instructors are trained to show variations of the exercises to make sure that you are always pushing yourself, but within your own level of fitness.

We have people from all walks of life who participate in our Bootcamps and Semi Private Training! From the beginners who have never worked out before, to the advanced exercisers looking for variety and a new level of challenge and excitement in their workouts.

Our minimum age for participation is 18 yrs, but we leave our maximum up to you!

GIMME ALL THE DETAILS!

You will need to wear comfortable, breathable workout gear and appropriate running shoes. We try to be as greeen as possible so please bring a reusable water bottle you can fill it up at the studio.

Yes, we have showers avaialble inside the mens and womens change rooms. We also have towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as blow dryers, for post workout showers.

The initial orientation is where we set you up for success during your challenge.  We’ll help you set goals, explain the nutrition, and review the challenge guide with you so that we can help you get the best results possible. We’ll also take your starting weight and body fat, and explain other methods of tracking your progress.

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you achieve your Best Body.

Results vary depending on your effort level, attendance and eating habits. Performance and endurance improvement can take place in as little as one week. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks. Remember, everyone is different.

If you come to all the sessions and follow the nutrition plan we guarantee you will lose 10lbs in our first 6 weeks!

We currently offer 3 distinct workouts styles:

STRENGTH 

This class is focused on building some serious strength by lifting heavy with longer rests for recovery. Whether your goal is sculpting your body with lean muscle, or building size this class is for you!

METABOLIC CONDITIONING

Get ready to sweat! This class will work your whole body in a way you never have before! You’ll be focusing on quick burst of movement, followed by just enough rest so you can do it all over again.

This class will help you build speed, stamina, and strength. You’ll be burning calories for hours after this workout!

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Push, Pull, Lunge, Press, Twist and get your heart rate up, with functional movements. This class is not only meant to make you stronger and avoid injury in your real word environment, but also helps you improve posture and body awareness, and build strength and stamina.

GENERAL POLICIES

If you are unable to attend, we can offer you a refund provided we receive notice PRIOR to your session start date. Cutoff time for refund is 7 days prior to your session start date. PLEASE NOTE: You will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. It may take up to 5 business days to process a refund. If we are notified after this point there will be NO refunds issued. This is due to the fact that you had reserved a spot in the class that we can no longer fill once the session has started.

If you need to cancel your membership before term a $200 cancellation fee will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel a membership, it must be done 7 days prior to the start of the next billing.

Packages must be completed consecutively, but can be put on hold for one week for every 12 weeks to accommodate holidays, injuries, etc… This must be arranged by emailing [email protected]

Every 12 Weeks = 1 week hold

24 week Package = 2 weeks hold

48 week Package = 4 weeks hold

You can switch to the 48 Week Package at any time by contacting the office to make arrangements, however the session fees cannot be adjusted retroactively.

* If for any reason a change needs to be made to your order a $50 admin fee will apply. * You cannot transfer a session forward once the session has begun. 7 day notice prior to the start date is required.

Sessions missed during a session cannot be carried over or refunded. You can, however, pick up a session in an alternate timeslot. (ie: if you’re going to miss a morning session, you can slip into an evening session, and vice versa).  Just book yourself in on our app. There are NO CREDITS for missed sessions.

We take holidays on a case by case basis. Sometimes classes will run according to schedule, other times classes will be canceled. In either case, you will be notified and will have plenty of other days in the week to attend classes.
