My experience has been surprising in that I thought I was coaching only to improve my nutrition and fitness habits, but I came out of the 90 days as a more self-loving, self-caring me, who treats myself much more regularly with patience, understanding, kindness and compassion. My nutrition and fitness habits have improved but I'm also more knowledgeable about both nutrition and myself, and much more mindful about what I'm doing, why I'm doing it and when I need something different I might be covering up with a snack instead of addressing the root cause of my perceived hunger/need for a snack.
I drink the yummiest smoothies every morning, I make healthy meals for myself and my family, I shop differently, cook differently and feed my kids differently. Many of my family's favourite meals which have become household staples are recipes from Daniela. I also exercise regularly, am more tuned into myself and my needs, and regularly engage in enjoyable stress busting activities (that aren't eating!) as a result of my coaching discoveries with Daniela.
I would say Daniela is a holistic coach who is ridiculously knowledgeable about anything and everything related to health and wellbeing, and that her coaching style is fun, supportive, non-judgmental and completely client-led in that it's tailored to each person's goals, personality and needs. I would definitely recommend Daniela to anyone who has any improvements they want to achieve related to their health, fitness, nutrition and/or overall wellbeing and life.
