Looking for a new snack recipe that is rich in protein and quick to make? Our Probiotic Veggie Dip is one to try!
- 1 cup of coconut yogurt (or regular organic full-fat yogurt if you are ok on dairy)
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp cilantro, minced
- Splash of lime juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin
Mix all ingredients (except for Great Lakes) together in a medium bowl. Stir in Great Lakes.
Serve with your favourite veggies, such as cucumber, celery, carrots, radishes.
