This class is focused on building some serious strength by lifting heavy with longer rests for recovery. Whether your goal is sculpting your body with lean muscle, or building size this class is for you!

Monday STRENGTH focuses mainly on lower body + some upper.

Thursday STRENGTH focuses mainly on upper body + some lower body.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING

Get ready to sweat! This class will work your whole body in a way you never have before! You’ll be focusing on quick burst of movement, followed by just enough rest so you can do it all over again.

This class will help you build speed, stamina and strength. You’ll be burning calories for hours after this workout!

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Push, Pull, Lunge, Press, Twist and get your heart rate up, with functional movements. This class is not only meant to make you stronger and avoid injury in your real word environment, but also helps you improve posture and body awareness, and build strength and stamina
